What Data Monetization as a Service does

The service turns approved product, catalogue, marketplace, directory, or market data into a maintained commercial data product. The data partner defines the permitted scope and retains control over commercial boundaries. Nordic Devhouse operates collection, quality controls, schema, documentation, delivery, and agreed reporting.

Why the first connection can stay inexpensive

When suitable data is already visible on the partner website, the first version can collect agreed fields directly from those pages. This avoids requiring a new export API before demand is proven. Collection cadence, source load, exclusions, and change handling are agreed before launch.

How revenue can be shared

Each partnership defines revenue, direct delivery costs, reporting frequency, settlement rules, buyer restrictions, and termination terms. The commercial model can be revenue share, a managed license fee, or a hybrid. No percentage is implied until the parties agree it in writing.
